"At times it's difficult to fault parts of the experience at this hotel, but we couldn't help feeling that it is overall disappointing. We did not go all inclusive because we only stayed for three days and that may have some bearing on this review. Let's start with the good things. "Family holiday with kids. This was great to get some reprieve from the Grecian summer heat. The access to aqualand was great. The buffet meals were well catered with a good variety..the snack and drinks bar was also great. The duplex itselt was very basic. Such as kettle provided with no cups or tea/ coffee. It does have a bar fridge to keep drinks cold. Staff onsite were friendly and accommodating. "

"Die Anlage und der standort sind grundsätzlich schön. Die Apartments haben aber nichts mit denen auf der Homepage zu tun. Als wir ankamen mussten wir erst mal zwei Eidechsen und sonstige Tiere fangen die sich in dem Appartement eingenistet haben. Ausserdem war es sehr schmutzig. Unter dem Bett hatte es noch Essensreste unserer Vorgänger. Im Schlafzimmer hatte es Schimmel an den Wänden! Kochen kam für uns nicht mehr in frage. Und auch sonst war es nicht sauber. Und das zu einem Preis von rund...
