MPM Kalina Garden Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing experience at MPM Kalina Garden! We actually moved here after staying at a 2-star hotel, and the difference was night and day. The receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully clean. The bar has a really great selection of drinks, and the bartenders made the trip even better—they were so fun that we ended up making friends with them. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel itself is great. Large rooms, very clean. Food and wine in restaurant was faultless, and the server lovely. Very reasonably priced (and there’s a 20% discount for guests). Reception staff not great, especially at check in when staff member was insisting on a PIN number for a card that doesn’t have one. She would not accept that it could be inserted and verified with a signature (which the manager confirmed upon checkout). Very unsmiling, unfriendly reception staff. Maybe it was a language problem because I live in Bulgaria and love the people. Or maybe they are trained to be overly formal. Great location though. Bad news: bar shuts at 10/10.30! Also bad: cleaner came into my room both mornings when I was in bed, despite my Do Not Disturb light being on. Scary!"

"Apprezzabile molto la vostra attenzione anche a cercare di abbattere i rifiuti con prodotti mono uso di plastica ma non mettete gentilmente i contenitori per rifiuti differenziati con carta plastica o altro in quanto purtroppo non esiste la raccolta differenziata a sunny beach. Apprezzo in ogni caso la vostra cura per il cliente siete molto bravi 👏 un plauso alla vostra compagnia melia’ tenere l’attenzione per l’ambiente e per la riduzione dei rifiuti."

"Hotel was 1st class. A real little gem. Everywhere in the hotel was extremely clean. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner were a delight,good was fresh and plentiful, replenished every when items got low. Bucks fizz for breakfast and the coffee was so good Staff in dinning room were so helpful and attentive and kept the restaurant in tip top. Gabriela the duty manager was so professional and helpful, always greeted guests with a smile. This hotel is a must so near beach and a 10 mins walk from town. Would we stay here again definitely YES. Sorry nothing to complain about. A 5 star + hotel Thank you to all the staff at Antea."
