"On arriving at the hotel after checking in the guy that was doing the Check-in told us that there was no water on in the hotel & it would be at least 8pm before it would be restored, it was not a burst or anything like that it’s ongoing scheduled work. My issue is that nobody informed us of this as if we had of been told we would have booked somewhere else. The guy checking us is confused the booking with the two rooms we had & it was all a little strange. Hotel ok for the money but the rooms...

"There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after going to the beach on the holiday and made it nasty to walk on the floor barefoot."
