"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel property is nice but the room is a bit dated. We noted there stains on the side tables and in the sink when we checked-in. However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. "We were looking for a comfortable hotel near Ijen. From check-in to departure, the staff was always there to make our stay perfect! Thank you for everything! The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! We highly recommend this hotel! See you soon."
