"We had an amazing time from start to finish ! Water villa was perfect loved staying in it . Our island host Soltana was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️she looked after us so well couldn’t have asked for a better host! The food was fantastic as are the dining staff especially Sujan and Onkar who looked after so well ! The front of house lady was lovely so welcoming. Did a number of water sports excursions which were fantastic the whole team is friendly and professional . It was our wedding anniversary and we got spoilt so much it really made it special It was our 2nd time here and we will be back ! "

"The hotel in general exceeded my expectations. As a road warrior I typically end up staying at Hampton inn type properties. Unima Grand is the Hampton inn of Male. Great familiar like environment to make you feel comfortable. The staff connected via WhatsApp prior to arrival at to make the transfer from the airport to hotel seamless. Check in was smooth with formalities filled out while I waited at the airport. Breakfast and the on site restaurant was exceptional! Lots of fresh local offerings at a very good price. Only 2 areas for improvement. Wifi was limited to 1 device at a time. My door had some issue with the lock. Possibly a low battery. Again, nothing really to complain about."

Everyone greets you, hand over heart, day or night, whether you have interacted with them previously or not. They are appropriately engaging. Some have the most delightful sense of humor. If you have an issue with the staff, make no mistake, YATA. Couple this staff with the most gorgeous island I have ever seen, and you have a winning combination."

"The hotel was exceptional. The airport is the next island so plane noise was constant, but didn’t really bother us. The beach water is clear but not swimming depth Perfect for kayak because water is so calm. "
