I like the location of this hotel but was a little disappointed. It has extra charge for using gym or sauna. Also even restaurants supposedly were open was no one on it, My visit was in early January and it may be the reason. Other than that staff was really friendly and in general service was good

It was the first time for my wife and I in the city and this hotel was a great choice. It is very well located and it offers a fantastic view of the Danube. Excellent customer service.

Hotel rooms are bit dated (curtains with dark spots…), breakfasts are plentiful (with dry ham, cheese cuts and cakes). Although Expedia advertizes so pool is available, guests are charged in addition to enter. Hotel cleaning staff never says hello to guests.

I wont be back
The room had an unpleasant musty smell. The furniture was looking tired and the room also was past its prime. I raised this issue with reception who smirked and acted like I was deluded with my concerns. I was moved to another room, which was not as bad as the first. I just accepted that I had made a bad mistake in selecting this hotel, and that i was only there one night. The breakfast was good however, and the pool downstairs was pleasant.
