Very nice 3 - star apartment in a prime location, overlooking the
Bayerwald - Bergen.
The apartment is located in its own part of the house, with its own driveway on the outskirts.
Right on the edge of the forest, in a fantastic, quiet and sunny location.
Parking is available in front of the apartment.
There are 2 bedrooms.
For the comfort, underfloor heating and radiators are available.
You can barbecue on the large terrace, or enjoy the sun until sunset.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Directly in front of the apartment is a large terrace with seating and barbecue.
Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas are available for free.
Approximately 8 minutes walk away is the stop for the city and the ski bus (free use with the guest card).
The city center can be reached in a 20-minute walk.
In the immediate vicinity are the train station, the Bavarian Forest sauna and tennis courts. In winter, a ski training slope and the cross-country skiing center with floodlighting is not far away.
The bike path towards Bayer. Eisenstein or Frauenau is approx. 50 mtr. from the house.

Urlaub

Wir hatten einen mega tollen Urlaub in Zwiesel und Umgebung.Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und gemütlich Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind sehr herzliche Menschen , die einem gute Ausflugsziele vorschlagen.Vielen Dank . Ganz liebe Grüße Tanja und Kolja

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche

Die Fewo liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Optimal als Startpunkt für Ausflüge und sportliche Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, der freundliche Vermieter hatte viele Tipps für Unternehmungen parat.

Winterurlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in Zwiesel. Auch wenn in Zwiesel selber kein Schnee lag, so konnten wir aufgrund der relativ kurzen Wege und guten Busanbindung jeden Tag Ski fahren. Die FEWO ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wir wären gern länger geblieben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, absolut ruhig gelegen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage zum Ort. Super gepflegte Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Es wurde auf alles Notwendige in und ums Haus und die Umgebung hingewiesen. Die Vermieter waren aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich, haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Ein Ferienaufenthalt in der Unterkunft "Wernerhäusl" ist weiterzuempfehlen.

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt"

Sehr schöner Startort für Radwanderurlaub

Im Objekt gibt es zwei Schlafräume mit jeweils zwei Betten und einen Aufenthaltsraum. Es stehen kostenfrei Fahrräder zur Nutzung zur Verfügung, auch Wanderstöcke und Schirme. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit zum Grillen (die wir aber nicht genutzt haben). Das Objekt liegt am Rande von Zwiesel. Man kann von hier aus sehr gut vor allem Radtouren unternehmen. Die Region ist verkehrsmäßig gut erschlossen, die Nutzung des ÖPNV durch die im Preis inbegriffene Nationalpark-Card kostenfrei. Wir haben dennoch vor allem das Auto genutzt, um an unsere Ziele zu gelangen.

Super nette Vermieter und total suaberes und gemütliches Objekt.

Wir haben eine Woche im Wernerhäusel in Zwiesel verbracht und sind sehr gut aufgenommen, beraten und beherbergt worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt außerhalb total ruhig und idyllisch. Alles war vorhanden, von Bequemen Liegen über Sonnenschirm, sogar Fahrräder und Wanderstöcke. Besser gehts nicht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Sehr nette, kleine Ferienwohnung, die wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, ist liebevoll und gut ausgestattet (bezogene Betten, Fön, tolle Terrasse, uvm) , der Empfang ist sehr herzlich gestaltet. Die Vermieter wohnen oberhalb der Wohnung und sind unheimlich sympathisch und gastfreundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und ein schönes örtliches Schwimmbad.

Kurzurlaub Bayerwald

Wir können die Ferienwohung als Stützpunkt für einen Urlaub im Bayerischen Wald sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Lage am Waldrand sehr ruhig. Auch mit der Betreuung der Mutter des Besitzers waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage am Ortsende sehr ruhig . Eine schöne Terasse, mit tollem Blick, wo man den Abend genießen kann. Hr. Schreiner hat uns tolle Tipps für Wanderungen und sonstige Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurztrip über Silvester

Das Objekt war idyllisch und lud in seinem schönen Ambiente zum verweilen ein. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch die Stadt Zwiesel ist sehr schön anzusehen und immer einen Ausflug wert.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Eine FE-WO in ruhiger Lage, am Ortsrand. Hier kann man die Ruhe genießen und bekommt nur die üblichen laute aus der Natur mit. Mal kommt ein Trecker vorbei. Man findet eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung vor und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Traumhafte Woche

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Wernerhäusl. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ruhig gelegen und war in einem sehr guten und vor allem sehr sehr sauberem Zustand. Der Gastgeber Herr Schreiner war immer freundlich und hatte den einen oder anderen *Insider* Tipp für gute Wanderungen parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bewandern den traumhaften bayrischen Wald.
