"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited. The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes. "Wonderful experience at this hotel; when I return to Strasbourg, this is the hotel I will select. Arriving with luggage, there is a tram from Gare Centrale to a stop right in front of the hotel (quick YouTube tutorial on how to properly purchase and validate tram tickets, which is actually quite simple). Great, convenient location, right next to Galleries Lafayette as well as the main shopping street. Extremely quiet, slept very well here. Rooms were spacious and clean. This was the best hotel I had during my visit to France. I absolute recommend this hotel if the value proposition works for your budget during the time you're visiting."

"Perfect location, in front of train station. So very easily assessible. Lift was big enogh to easily accomodate 4 people with luggages. We booked one standard room and one medium size room. Thr standard room was very tiny and the shower space was very small and its screen is curtain screen. No place to open luggages in the room. This is the room for 1 person. Other than room size, I was happy with everything else. The concept was interesting, breakfast was on average or lightly better. Staff was kind and helpful."

"The newly renovated hotel was beautiful, and quiet. The whole stay from check-in to check out was an elevated experience.. We enjoyed the expansive spa with its multiple saunas, soaking pool, steam room and treatments, and returned several times during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and spacious. Their rooftop bar at sunset was great, fun vibes and what a magnificent view. We hope to be able to return here again in the future and enjoy all the amenities offered at this fine establishment."
