The latest check-out time is 10 a.m.

Make yourself at home—all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please don’t disturb them with loud music, etc.

The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the trash bin is right in front of the building.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a 25 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.

Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

You are not alone in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.

If you plan to use the washing machine in this apartment, please be aware that you must place the washing machine’s drain hose in the toilet and check it from time to time while the machine is running. Thank you.
Please provide your own laundry detergent.

The apartment and furniture are handed over in working condition and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of replacing the lock(s).
