This charming studio is located in Zurich`s old town, providing a peaceful base for your stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the lakeside or city river, and 15 minutes to the city center, you`ll have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Very quiet and lovely neighbourhood, next to the historic old town of Zurich, 300 meters to the art museum Kunsthaus. The apartment building was last renovated a few years ago.
If you walk through the old town (5 minutes) you will arrive down at the riverside where you have the tram in both directions Bellevue or Zurich central station.
Washer and tumbler are in the basement of the building for the common use with other tenants in the building, free of charge.
Please, make sure to provide your own washing detergent.
