"We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! "Beautiful views and great staff, but missed details on a triple occupancy room The sea view from our room was the icing on the cake! The Ami is a fabulous hotel with truly great staff. We rated it 4 stars due to a few areas that need attention, particularly regarding our room setup. Despite booking for three guests, on arrival and the room was under-equipped. We were not provided with adequate towels, balcony chairs, or tea-making facilities for three people. Housekeeping also missed replenishing our bottled water on some days. The shower area was starting to develop mould, which a little extra cleaning could easily fix. Additionally, the room slippers were the lowest quality I have ever experienced at a 5-star property. Dining had a few drawbacks as well: every single dessert was sprinkled with pistachios (a letdown since I do not eat nuts), and service at the breakfast omelette station was painfully slow"

"The staff was very friendly and breakfast was made to order which I enjoyed. The pools was beautiful and clean, and a nice option if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. I had issues with my air conditioning that kept turning off whenever I tried to change the setting, though I didn’t hear much of anyone else having those problems. Staff did what they could to resolve those issues. Over all I would recommend this stay."

"The room was really nice and a 5* room. But, cleaning was not good, upon our check-in, there was fruit under a chair, leftover blouse behind the sofa and paper on the floor. Location: 2*, the street it is on is really horrible, extremely busy with construction workers and supermarket customers, barely enough space to fit 2 vehicles. Parking: Very difficult, they say parking is provided but there are about 5/6 spaces which you need to reserve prior to arriving to the hotel. If you are lucky you can get parking upon your arrival or park opposite but it’s very rare there is a space. Breakfast: breakfast was great but it is good to get there before 9am as some foods run out."

"The staff at the hotel and concierge were extremely helpful and we had a great experience! The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provides access to private beach! However, there was an incident on our last night where the fire alarm went off at 1AM. All the hotel guests were evacuated and we ended up exiting from the casino in the hotel. The staff at the casino were extremely rude and did not provide instructions on how to exit the building at all. They all stood there and looked at all the hotel guests, then another staff from casino were rushing to get us out of the casino, not providing any instructions on where and what to do to get out of the building. Clearly the staff at the casino weren't trained to respond in this situation."

"Great hospitality, Flm per mikpritje. We had an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!"
