type of building: Multiple-family dwelling. We rent out a beautiful, well-equipped holiday flat in Zuoz in the Upper Engadine, a family-friendly holiday resort for all seasons. In winter, the nearest cross-country ski trail is only 50 metres away and there is a manageable ski area with its own ski school in the village. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Shopping facilities are available in the village. The flat is on the 1st floor with its own balcony. Underground car park (parking space no. 29) and ski/bike cellar can also be used. WLAN is available in the flat. The surrounding area offers a wide range of hiking opportunities in summer and autumn and a great selection of mountain railways and ski areas in winter (Corviglia, Piz Nair, Corvatsch, Diavolezza, Lagalb) The pleasant climate with many sunny days at over 1700 metres contributes to your relaxation.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
