"The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay. "
"Staff were really helpful & accomodating. Personal Sauna in chalet 604 was good. Outdoor pool was sufficient & can do with some refurb. We wish there was a telephone outlet from the chalet to the reception so it would be more convenient. Breakfast was amazing, there was a good variety. "

"What a hotel in an amazing location. We had a short 2 night trip and it was perfect, most sightseeing done by foot. The hotel was super accommodating, we got everything we requested. They prepared a surprise for my partner’s bday, champagne on ice, chocolate, etc which was a nice touch. I must say we were disappointed with the breakfast…a lot of options, but not the best. Overall an amazing experience in Budapest, a wonderful city. "
"Everything was great the staff were outstanding very polite...i would for sure like to come back again....i would recommended this to anyone great breakfast too...."
"Rooms are clean, spacious with good a/c. Nice walkable location to various sights and to metro line 2. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again and we highly recommend the hotel."
"The location is perfect as it is centrally located. it is literally next to Madame Taussaud’s wax museum and walkable to Hard Rock and lots of restaurants and the Danube River and port. Our kids love this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. "
