New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.

Clean room was excellent, i have a little complaint about courtesy but maybe that lady was having a bad day. ( i asked her how to get to the strip) and it was like i asked something very stupid, but overall everything was excellent.

Very disrespectful employee at the front desk charged me 3 times more then what was booked. Bus Istvan representative at the front desk was very disrespectful and charged me extra for things not mentioned. It was a very bad experience I do not recommend it.
