Aparthotel Zoutelande enjoys an excellent location in the popular seaside resort of Zoutelande, just a one-minute walk from the beach. This makes it an ideal base for a relaxing coastal holiday, whether you want to take an early-morning walk along the shore, spend the day sunbathing or explore the dunes and surrounding countryside.
The complex consists of 37 studios and 23 apartments spread across three charming buildings: Paalhoofd, Golfbreker and De Schelp. Here, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own accommodation while benefiting from the convenience of a modern aparthotel concept. Each accommodation has a kitchenette, giving you the freedom to organise your holiday entirely at your own pace, without fixed breakfast times or traditional hotel routines.
The centre of Zoutelande, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and terraces, is also within easy reach. You can enjoy local Zeeland specialities, dine by the coast or collect fresh regional products to prepare in your own accommodation.
Check-in is quick and convenient via the card machine in the central hall, allowing you to begin your stay without unnecessary waiting. Most accommodations have a private parking space within walking distance. A licence plate permit is available for guests whose accommodation does not include a private space.
Bicycles can be stored safely in the central bicycle storage room, making it easy to explore the Zeeland coastline and nearby villages by bike. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for an additional fee, which is especially convenient during longer stays.
All studios and apartments include free Wi-Fi. Camping cots and high chairs can also be rented for guests travelling with young children.

The Luxe Studio+ is more spacious than the standard studio and is stylishly and functionally furnished. With its high-quality finishes, modern facilities and thoughtful layout, the studio offers everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay near the sea.Living area: A spacious and cosy sitting area with modern furnishings, where you can relax after a day at the beach or exploring the Zeeland coast. The studio also features a dining area for enjoying meals together.Kitchen: A practical open kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. Ideal for preparing breakfast, lunch or a simple evening meal.Sleeping area: A comfortable double box-spring bed measuring 180 × 200 cm ensures a restful night’s sleep. The open-plan layout combines the living and sleeping areas while maintaining a pleasant and spacious atmosphere.Bathroom: A spacious and modern bathroom with a double washbasin, shower, hairdryer and toilet.Outdoor space: The studio is situated in a complex just 50 metres from the beach. Although it does not have a private outdoor area, you can reach the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet within just a few minutes.
Accommodation numbers and preferred booking
The Luxe Studio+ is available under accommodation numbers 49, 50, 51, 53, 58 and 60. During the booking process, you can easily select your preferred studio using the interactive floor plan.
Each studio has its own décor and individual character, meaning that no two studios are exactly alike. The photos provide a representative impression, but the layout, furnishings, or appearance of your accommodation may differ slightly. All studios offer the same high standard of comfort and style.
A studio with a private sauna is available on request.

Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and extensive sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their location on the south and their characteristic wooden pile heads. Thanks to a unique combination of wind and water, Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. A refreshing dive on a hot summer day or a nice breath of fresh air in the autumn, the beach has an irresistible attraction every season! Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderful undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland.
