Modern vacation bungalow in the Neuhof forest settlement on the Großer Wünsdorfer See lake

Enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by lush greenery and the scent of pine trees at the Neuhof forest resort on the Great Wünsdorf Lake. The bungalow, which will be fully renovated by 2025, offers cosy accommodation for 2 people in a space of approximately 45 square metres. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed by the 160 cm x 200 cm double bed (queen-size) with a 7-zone mattress (firmness level 3). Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you’ll wake up to the sound of birds chirping. After a relaxing rain shower in the tropical-style bathroom, you can start your day feeling refreshed. The bathroom mirror, featuring a built-in Bluetooth speaker, plays your favourite music. The open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. Spend romantic evenings on the secluded terrace area, complete with a lounge and a fireplace table. By arrangement with the hostess, guests may use the private pool with a sun deck and private access via the terrace area during the summer months. Exclusive use of the pool is not available.
A new addition is a heated MSpa hot tub for swimming and bubbling fun during the colder months, when the unheated pool goes into hibernation.

The bungalow is heated by underfloor heating. A Dyson 3-in-1 unit (fan, air purifier, and humidifier) provides cooling and fresh air. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is a private parking space on the property. Security is ensured by camera surveillance in the parking area. For longer stays, guests may use the landlord’s washer-dryer.

Additional bedroom amenities: Cotton bed linens, bedside lamps with USB-C charging ports, a sliding-door closet with two hanging compartments on the right and left featuring hangers for dresses and pants; in the centre is a compartment with shelves for T-shirts, etc. The window facing the evening sun is equipped with a blackout blind. An iron is provided; an ironing board is available upon request.

Additional living area amenities: the sleeper sofa can accommodate an additional guest; a large 65-inch TV with satellite and internet connections; board games; and books for bookworms.

Kitchen features: combined refrigerator and freezer, built-in stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, DeLonghi fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Complete set of cooking and dining utensils, tableware, and glasses for all occasions. Basic supplies: spices (salt, pepper, oil, sugar)

Pets are allowed upon request.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation but is permitted outdoors on the terrace or sun deck.


Looking for something to do?

The Große Wünsdorfer See, just a three-minute walk away, offers not only free access to a sandy beach and a sunbathing area, as well as a small playground, but also pedal boat and stand-up paddleboard rentals. You can enjoy a meal at the popular Café im Walde, known throughout the region for its excellent cuisine, which is located within sight of the accommodation. The surrounding forests and meadows are perfect for long walks and bike rides. For history buffs, bunker tours are offered in the former “Forbidden City” of Wünsdorf. Otherwise, Wünsdorf—a 5-minute drive away—offers shopping opportunities and stores for daily necessities.

Lake Teupitz, a 24-minute drive away, is perfect for boat tours and offers rentals of motorboats that don’t require a licence for those who’d like to take the helm themselves.

Handcar rides can be booked at the Mellensee Adventure Train Station. In addition to this family-friendly activity, there’s also a mini-golf course there.

The South Sea paradise Tropical Island is just a half-hour drive away, as is the Spreewald, where you can take a boat ride along the wild and romantic canals through unspoiled nature.

For those who enjoy sports, you can experience nature on the nearby Fläming-Skate trail.

You can reach the heart of Berlin in 40 minutes by car or by train from the Neuhof station, which is a 20-minute walk from the accommodation.
