Housekeeping kommt nur jeden zweiten Tag und hat nur die Handtücher getauscht. Das ist bei den Preisen inakzeptabel. Alles in allem leider nur Durchschnitt.
So wird das zukünftig nichts mit dem Harz als Urlaubsziel…

"Widersprüche des Hauses sind offenkundig. Schön, dass in einen Außenpool investiert wird. Doch wenn Matratzen durchgelegen sind, die Zimmer weder über Insektenschutz an den Fenstern noch über Klimaanlagen verfügen, die Speiseräume schwül überhitzt sind und das Abendessen unterirdisch, lohnt sich der Aufenthalt nicht. Der Küchenchef soll wohl gehen. Es ist zu bezweifeln, dass das was hilft."
"Hébergement presque parfait : chambre très vaste et bien équipée (manque juste une bouilloire), très propre comme tout l’établissement. Nombreuses possibilités de parking autour de l’hôtel. Installations de piscine et spa excellentes et accessibles sans supplément. "
"Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir für die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption zu spät waren. Zimmer vielleicht ein bisschen klein, dafür mit Kühlschrank und Balkon. Außerdem ein frisches leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht.
Auscheckzeit um 10:30 im Urlaub fanden wir früh, aber hier war man bei etwas Verspätung kulant.
Insgesamt für uns absolut in Ordnung, wir würden wiederkommen."
"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...
"Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen. Es hat eine schöne Aussicht. Es ist aber kein Straßenlärm aus dem Tal zu hören.
Das Ambiente der Zimmer - des gesamten Hotels ist sehr gemütlich und chic.
Wir hatte in paar wirklich sehr entspannte Tage und kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Nice hotel, nice staff excellent breakfast, comfortable room.
It was very warm weather when we stayed and the only area that could be improved would be air conditioned rooms. I would stay again for sure. "
"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distances of city center. Vibrant town with shopping and dinning close. Tourist information was available in the lobby.
Language barrier upon checking in making it a challenge to get checked in. The automated check in, emails, reception all in German. Be patient during you stay if using translation apps. We were able to get by without any major issues.
The breakfast in the morning is worth the extra charge. Nice setting and convenient so you don’t have to leave the hotel.
Overall, our stay was pleasant and would recommend this location.
