The location was superb, great views, good food, beach club with its infinity pool was relaxing, great spa treatments, we were looked after very well, the staff have reason to be proud. Our stay at this Palace topped off a wonderful Italian trip.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff on front desk were very helpful and made suggestions for you to make the most of your time in Rapallo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Waterfront only steps from the front door. Highly recommend. If staying again would spend a bit more for a room with a sea view.

Beautiful room in a great location! Was really easy to walk around and see everything we wanted to see. The rooftop bar was also lovely and we would definitely stay again

Wonderful hotel, great location and fantastic staff

If you appreciate great design and attention to detail, you'll love this place. Awesome breakfast also?'!

Tiny bathroom with everything needed. Minuscule shower with curtain. Room 56 was a single for me but had a double bed and swivel door to tiny balcony with view over the castle and bay. The "distressed" paint effect on the wardrobe makes it look dirty but it isn't. But you can hear the waves at night. Leila and Laura in reception were very friendly and efficient and spoke great English Have to say the breakfast was ordinary apart from the fresh orange juice, squeeze-yourself. But get there...

Great property in great position. Helpful staff and great breakfast. Was a bit difficult to find on arrival.

Lovely place, great location!

The property was the most beautiful of all properties that we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Europe. The room was large with a beautiful bathroom, lots of character and the most wonderful views. The included breakfast could not be faulted and due to an early check out on our last day, the staff put together a breakfast box to takeaway so that we did not miss out. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The accommodation was conveniently located, and easy walk to town and the train station...

Breakfast was excellent. Had a free upgrade with balcony overlooking the town and marina. Bit of a hill to climb from the train station but was easy. 10 min walk down to town.

Marco and Filipo were excellent‼️ Amine was also great serving us breakfast and they were always generous. Marco made sure that we were okay and gave us simple things like extras, mosquito bite cream, wipes etc. Overall stay was excellent 👌. They made sure we feel at home 🫶. We will definitely come back!

Nice hotel within walking distance to the train station, the town centre and Marina. We walked from the hotel all the way to Portofino about an hour easy walk. A choice of good nearby restaurants. The hotel staff were always helpful. Breakfast buffet had many good choices. Able to borrow bikes to get arround town. Small gym also available for use by hotel guests was a nice suprise. Had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Piccolo - excellent staff who went out of their way to assist us with everything and a great location. The private terrace above the bay is a magic spot to relax at after a morning spent in Portofino.

The location with private beach, fabulous heated pool, panoramic views and great parking coupled with great staff & management make this a delightful destination.
