Entspannte Ferientage ohne WLAN

Wir haben eine schöne und entspannte Woche verlebt. Ausstattung ist super, aber manches müsste mal erneuert werden. Homeoffice war bei schwachem Dunknetz und ohne WLAN nicht möglich.

Auf den bildern war ein haus zu sehen in dem man einen ruhigen urlaub verbringen kann,,,, Live war es dann ein ferienhausgebiet,,,,,teilweise noch im bau,,,,, Die häuser stehen dicht an dicht,,, ,keine privatsphäre,,,,3 m vor der terrasse läuft die strasse,,,,keine umzäunung, Schwierig mit hund,,,,wahrscheinlich noch schwieriger mit kleinkindern, Die vorbeilaufenden menschen konnten uns direkt auf die teller blicken, Die zuständige kontaktperson frau m, Ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, Es gibt keine auflagen für die balkonstühle,,,,die umliegenden häuser waren da sehr viel komfortabler bestückt, WLAN fehlanzeige und das netz in zirchow ist bescheiden,,,, Die in einer 2018 erwähnte Jalousie ist nach wie vor defekt,,,, Unseres erachtens besteht hier ein bedarf an nachbesserung von seiten des vermieters, Wäre aus dem sngebot ersichtlich gewesen das dies hier eine Ferienanlage mit dieser dichten bebauung ist,hätten wir es nicht gebucht,,,,wird nicht wiederholt

Schöner Ferienhauspark

Grundsätzlich ist das Ferienhaus toll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht und mit Sauna und Whirlpool-Badewanne gut ausgestattet. Aber... # W-LAN wohl erst ab 2024 und Empfang eher dürftig # Sauna eher klein, max. 1-2 Personen # Fahrräder kann man sich schenken, da der Park doch relativ abseits liegt # Meerblick ist n Witz, das Stettiner Haff ist eher zu erahnen;-) # das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt und die Hängematte steht fast auf der Straße... ein wenig falsche Erwartungen entstehen da schon... Strandkorb nicht so pralle... # beim Außenbereich fehlt ein wenig die Privatsphäre... haben aufgrund des Wetters nicht viel benutzt... # Ansonsten tolle Einrichtung, z. B. Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, tolle Gerätschaften, Spiele, Filme... # im Übrigen hört man vom Flughafen gar nix... Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt, waren stets unterwegs und Usedom ist einfach eine tolle Insel mit tollen Möglichkeiten. Auch die Nähe zu Polen lädt zu Unternehmungen ein...

Haus mit Potential

Das Haus liegt an der Steilküste, weitere Orte und Strände sind gut erreichbar. Leider wirklich leider lässt die Sauberkeit und nennen wir es Verfall (Schimmel an Fenstern und Fugen, Tapeten die sich lösen, eine Schlafcouch die auseinander fällt überall Flecken an den Wänden) zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus hat Potenzial, benötigt aber eine Generalüberholung.
