High-quality thatched-roof house with sauna and fireplace on a hill between Achterwasser and Szczecin Lagoon. From your own garden plot you can partially see the water. The idyllically located holiday home area is on the edge of the town of Zirchow, which is part of the Usedom Nature Park. The landscape of the so-called Achterland is highly valued by those seeking relaxation because of its clear lakes, green forests and many colorful meadows. If you like a little more hustle and bustle: the imperial spas on the Baltic Sea beaches can be reached from here in just a few minutes! Highlights included: Water and gas WiFi Activities nearby: Relax on the 32-kilometer-long lagoon coast with fine sandy beaches and its many small bays. Cycle or hike through the nature park or go on a sailing tour and enjoy the vastness of the landscape with its pine forests, sea eagles and cranes.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Entspannte Ferientage ohne WLAN

Wir haben eine schöne und entspannte Woche verlebt. Ausstattung ist super, aber manches mĂŒsste mal erneuert werden. Homeoffice war bei schwachem Dunknetz und ohne WLAN nicht möglich.

Schöner Ferienhauspark

GrundsĂ€tzlich ist das Ferienhaus toll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht und mit Sauna und Whirlpool-Badewanne gut ausgestattet. Aber... # W-LAN wohl erst ab 2024 und Empfang eher dĂŒrftig # Sauna eher klein, max. 1-2 Personen # FahrrĂ€der kann man sich schenken, da der Park doch relativ abseits liegt # Meerblick ist n Witz, das Stettiner Haff ist eher zu erahnen;-) # das GrundstĂŒck ist nicht eingezĂ€unt und die HĂ€ngematte steht fast auf der Straße... ein wenig falsche Erwartungen entstehen da schon... Strandkorb nicht so pralle... # beim Außenbereich fehlt ein wenig die PrivatsphĂ€re... haben aufgrund des Wetters nicht viel benutzt... # Ansonsten tolle Einrichtung, z. B. Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, tolle GerĂ€tschaften, Spiele, Filme... # im Übrigen hört man vom Flughafen gar nix... Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, waren stets unterwegs und Usedom ist einfach eine tolle Insel mit tollen Möglichkeiten. Auch die NĂ€he zu Polen lĂ€dt zu Unternehmungen ein...

Haus mit Potential

Das Haus liegt an der SteilkĂŒste, weitere Orte und StrĂ€nde sind gut erreichbar. Leider wirklich leider lĂ€sst die Sauberkeit und nennen wir es Verfall (Schimmel an Fenstern und Fugen, Tapeten die sich lösen, eine Schlafcouch die auseinander fĂ€llt ĂŒberall Flecken an den WĂ€nden) zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Das Haus hat Potenzial, benötigt aber eine GeneralĂŒberholung.
