Secluded vacation home in Zirchow with a large garden - ideal for nature lovers & families.

The modern, dog-friendly ground floor house with 125 m² of living space, terrace and large, completely fenced plot is located in Zirchow in a rural setting.

Built in 2017, the holiday home has been furnished with great attention to detail and invites up to 8 people to spend their holidays there.

Three spacious bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one of which has an additional bunk bed. The house is ideal for families with children. The fully equipped open kitchen is equipped with all utensils and meets the highest standards. In the adjoining living room with fireplace and adjoining dining area for 8 people, floor-to-ceiling window elements provide plenty of light. You get to the large terrace with barbecue and garden. Two bright bathrooms furnished with modern floor-level showers leave nothing to be desired.

Two parking spaces are available on the property.

 The holiday complex at Schulstraße 4 in Zirchow is quiet, far away from the imperial baths, but well connected to the infrastructure of the road and cycle paths. The complex offers you two high-quality holiday cottages, with their sizes of 125 m2, each invite up to 8 people to spend their holidays there. The property is completely fenced, making the property a perfect holiday destination for travelers with pets. Stylish, modern decor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and terraces with barbecue area and seating are among the features of the two holiday homes. Two parking spaces are available directly at the houses.

The neighboring Korswandt and the Wolgastsee can be easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. To the imperial baths you drive approx. 10 minutes.

Alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt ist vorhanden, üppige und komfortable Ausstattung, Küchentisches Interieur in ausreichender Menge. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Wohnbereich. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Babys, Hochstühle und Kinderbetten haben wir vorher gebucht, war alles da, auch Kinderbettwäsche komplett. Auch der Hund hatte seine Freude, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, man konnte ihn ohne Bedenken aus dem Haus lassen. Große Terrasse inkl. Grill. 15 min mit dem Auto bis ans Wasser in Ahlbeck, dort auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Supermarkt. Verbrauchsmaterialien für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ausreichend vorhanden, was man nach unserer Meinung nach, nicht erwarten müsste. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub, es hat alles gepasst. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an nichts, die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, angefangen beim Geschirr bis hin zur Einrichtung der Zimmer. Besonders freute uns die weihnachtliche Dekoration. So konnten wir uns gleich heimisch fühlen und unseren Weihnachtsurlaub von Anfang bis Ende genießen. Auch der Garten war toll. Einzige Punkte für kleine Verbesserungen: es gab nur sehr wenige kleine Löffel. Die Betten waren für unser Empfinden etwas weich, aber das mag jeder etwas anders. Insgesamt also alles top! Danke auch für das Kaminholz ❤️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Es gab nichts zu was wir vermisst haben und wir kommen sicher gerne nochmal wieder! Da wir um ein Feedback zur Serviceverbesserung gebeten wurden habe ich dennoch ein paar Anregungen: Die Bestuhlung im Essbereich ist schon sehr durchgessen und sollte neu geplostert oder ersetzt werden. Ein Spiegel im der Nähe der Garderobe wäre schön, damit Frau nicht mit den Straßenschuhen in die Badezimmer laufen muss. Im kleinen Badezimmer wäre es sehr praktisch ein paar Haken mehr für Handtücher und Kleidung zu haben. Und für den Hausmeister die Info das es diverses Pflanzenwachstum in der Dachrinne gibt ( obwohl ein begrüntes Dach ja auch schön sein kann ;-) ). Wie gesagt, nur Anregungen, sonst war alles super schön!

Wir waren das 2te mal in dieses Unterkunft mit unseren Behinderten Bewohnern. Unterkunft ist schön und vorallem ebenerdig. Wir haben nicht wirklich was zu bemängeln, nur eins wäre schön, ein Hausschlüsseltresor. Das man nicht erst noch nach Heringsdorf muss Schlüssel holen und vorallem wieder hin bringt. Großer zeitfresser. In anderen Unterkünften von ihnen funktioniert das auch supi und ist so viel wert. Bitte das mal überdenken. Ansonsten bleibt das ein top Haus für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Liebes Team, wie immer war nicht nur Fr.Fox begeistert sondern auch noch eine andere Familie mit Hund. Wir hatten auch schon auf der Terrasse beschlossen es wieder für 2023 im August zu buchen, das sagt eigentlich alles. Leider habe ich aber mitbekommen das es leider nicht frei ist . Da wir so 4.8.23 ankommen wollten und zum 14.8.23 wieder losfahren . Eventuell liegt es auch am Datum oder wir haben Pech. Jedenfalls kann ich Sie nur weiterempfehlen in jeder Hinsicht und hoffe das es zum August 2023 nochmals Klappt !!!!! Herzlichen Dank für alles ,es war sehr schön für uns alle aus Berlin bis bald Ihre Fr.Fox

So ein schönes Haus, hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr. Als Family einfach perfekt. Selbst unser Hund war kein Problem. Es war echt super schön!
