Our beautiful thatched holiday home on approx. 1000 sqm of land was completed in December 2017. It is located in the fishing village, a well-kept holiday home complex, in the middle of a nature reserve, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. On a living space of approx. 82 m2, the lovingly furnished house has an open, spacious living / dining area with a TV corner and fireplace (gas), a kitchen area with high-quality electrical appliances (stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer combination), 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna (with coin machine), 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed 180 x 200 and TV and one room with separate beds 90 x 200). All rooms have underfloor heating. The house has a beautiful sun terrace with a grill, a beach chair and comfortable seating. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for your bicycles. The house is equipped with free WiFi connection.
From the holiday home you have the opportunity for many varied cycling and hiking tours. There are two golf clubs in the immediate vicinity. It is only a few kilometers to Europe's longest beach promenade in the three imperial baths of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. The bathing beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is located in the nearby romantic Kamminke with a small fishing harbor and popular restaurants.

Perfect house in quiet location

House is brilliantly appointed with everything you need and more. Friendly owner and efficient agency. We were there for five nights and really enjoyed it. Late September perfect to avoid crowds on the island. Lots of very useful information in the house. Would stay again.

Ein super Haus. Komplett ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Freundliche Hausbetreuung. Prima Brötchenservice! Ruhige und sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage. Sehr nettes Ferienhaus in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es war von Kaffeepads ,Spülmaschinentabs etc. alles reichlich vorhanden. Alle Fenster haben Mückengitter, was sehr wichtig war. Das Fischerdorf ist sehr hübsch angelegt. Da es sehr abgelegen liegt, hat man lange Wege zu Supermarkt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schönes Haus am Haff

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, fast direkt am Haff in einer reinen Ferienhaussiedlung gelegen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Terrasse zu einem offenen Grundstück ausgerichtet ist. Man guckt also ins Grüne! Gartenmöbel, Strandkorb und Hängematte sind auch vorhanden. Die zwei Vollbäder sind sehr geräumig. Sehr positiv ist, dass in jedem Zimmer mind. ein Fenster mit Insektenschutzgitter ausgestattet ist. Leider ist der Gartenschuppen für zwei (große) E-Bikes eigentlich zu klein. Da ist schon Geschick beim Einparken gefragt und dann ist der Schuppen auch voll! Aber der Gesamteindruck ist sehr positiv!

Einfach schön

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in der Black Pearl wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es war sogar eine Packung Pads für die Kaffeemaschine da. Es liegt Info-Material, inclusive einer Insel-Karte bereit. In der Feriensiedlung ist es angenehm ruhig, vor allem nachts ist das so erholsam. Die Terrasse war von anderen kaum einsehbar, was durchaus nicht bei allen Ferienhäusern so war. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Wenn nochmal Usedom, dann nur in der Black Pearl!

Das Black Pearl Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage mit mehreren Häusern. die direkte Umgebung lädt zu erholsamen Spaziergängen am Haff ein. Von Zirchow aus lässt sich die Region prima mit dem Rad oder dem Auto erkunden. Man findet tolle Natur genau so wie das pulsierende Leben der Strandbäder. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausstaffiert. Die Sauna haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Wir haben uns die gesamte Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt

Das Objekt war total in Ordnung. Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man ist rein gekommen und hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Es hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Ferienanlage selbst ist relativ groß und wird ja immer noch erweitert. Das hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen, allerdings nicht mehr während der Saison.

Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen!

Das Objekt lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll auf einander abgestimmt. Die Ruhe an dem Ort lässt einen schnell den Altag vergessen. Unser Verbesserungsvorschlag (Jalousinen in den Schlafräumen) wurde prompt umgesetzt. Es passte alles vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen.

Urlaub in der Einsamkeit

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Sauna und den Kamin ( Gasbetrieb ) haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Check-In-Vorgang an sich hat reibungslos funktioniert. Allerdings hat uns die Ansage (!) der Verwalterin, welche Reinigungsarbeiten von uns vor der Abreise zu erledigen seien, sehr verwundert.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben es sehr genossen, in diesem Haus zu wohnen. Besonders gut hat uns u.a. die perfekte Ausstattung der Küche gefallen. Die Betten waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Perfekt war auch die Ausstattung aller Fenster und Terrassentüren mit Fliegengittern, die man im Sommer abends auf jeden Fall benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr stiller Winkel auf Usedom

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Ecke von Usedom, es war uns ein wenig zu ruhig. Das Haus ist ansonsten gut eingerichtet, es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war, daß wir in der heutigen Corona Zeit keinerlei Hygienemittel vor Ort hatten, wie Haendedesinfektion, Desinfektionstücher etc. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
