The internet was reliable for our Zoom meetings and other work needs, and the place is perfectly situated in pristine San Agustinillo between fun nightlife and restaurants in Mazunte and Zipolite. I couldn't recommend it more. "

"The unit is clean and modest. The 3/4 fridge kept things very cold, and the kitchen is sufficient for simple cooking. The a/c and wifi were reliable. Location is on the main road and is noisy, but only a 3 minute walk to beach with nearby convenience store and produce store. The bathroom is outside and is buggy at night. We found the price to be reasonable."
