It was in the perfect location, wonderfully decorated, well appointed, and even had an amazing amount of storage for the wedding cake and cupcakes that I had made for the big event. The views were stellar, the hosts were very communicative, and I can't wait to return. Choose this place to stay every time!"

"Everything was just perfect. We loved eating on the porch and watching the horses. They were all so friendly and the kids love spending time with them. The house was clean and in good repair. We loved our time there."

"This tiny house was great for some alone time with your partner. The only downsides were, there was a coffee pot you could make coffee on the stove, but no coffee maker. Your are set out in the country some, so some insects are to be expected, but they mostly stayed on the first floor, there was a decent amount of ants in the kitchen (windows were rustic, so they were coming in there) we just kept any food in the fridge. The handle on the tub is broken off, and we found it weird that already...

"Just spent a week at this property and it was great. Location, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent. Appreciated little extras like the wireless chargers by the bed and the labels to help figure out things like the fans and AC units. Everything was super clean when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive when we ran into an issue (that was no fault of theirs.) Fully recommend!"

"Pros: Serene location, picturesque pond in backyard, great vibes and friendly staff. We were here for a wedding and had a wonderful time. Cons: Older farm dog off leash on property-roams around and bit our friend’s dog, causing him to bleed, Pond house cute but could be cleaner-quite dusty. "

"Perfect little place for my husband and I to stay while visiting our daughter at UVA. It was a quick drive to campus. This cottage provides more room than a hotel room. There was a cute back porch (with a porch swing!) that you could relax and have a glass of wine. Our cottage looked out on a pasture with goats."

"Our stay was preempted by an emergency with our son at UVA. Luckily the owners were very understanding and let us take our belongings early so we could focus on our son’s needs. Not only was it a hospitable stay, everything was decorated beautifully and comfortably! A hidden gem! Thank you."
