The holiday rental was newly furnished in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor (no lift) and features a spacious balcony with a view of the greenery.
The living room/bedroom is modernly furnished with a double bed, a sitting area with a pull-out sofa, and a dining area. A smart TV, Wi-Fi, and board games for all ages ensure relaxing evenings on the sofa. You can prepare your meals in the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meal in comfort on the large, south-facing balcony overlooking the greenery. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. Insect screens are installed on the windows and balcony door.
Our holiday rental is designed for 2 adults and 1 child, who can sleep in the parents’ bed or on the sofa bed. If needed, we’ll provide a high chair free of charge.
A parking space in front of the house is available to you free of charge. Bicycles can be stored inside the house.
To help you enjoy your holiday right from the start, a small welcome kit awaits you: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and tea towels—everything you need for a relaxing start.
You’ll be staying in a central yet quiet location, just an 8-minute walk through a small wooded area to the fine-sand beach; and about a 10-minute walk to the beach promenade with the Zinnowitz pier and the town centre with its restaurants, cafés, and shops...
