The cozy 2-room apartment is located in the 3. Floor in the house Roland and is divided into a living room with an integrated kitchenette and in bedroom with two single beds. The balcony, with a view towards Achterwasser, can be reached from the living room. The small bathroom has a shower. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of the house can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat on the ground floor of the house 2.

The apartment complex Haus Roland is distributed with 33 apartments in two houses and is located in a quiet side street on Glienberg, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful coastal forest. The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. The sandy beach is about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort can be reached in about 15 minutes. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat on the ground floor of the house 2.

Das Bad war der Hit. -Saughaken für die Handtücher, die jeden Tag am Boden lagen -vor ca. 1 Jahr neu gefliest, inzwischen sind die Bodenfliesen wieder locker -auf der Tapete sind viele Spuren von der alten Einrichtung -das Malern ist bei der Teilrenovierung nicht ausgeführt wurden -der Heizkörper war Demontiert, offene Anschlüsse aus dem Fußboden, ein kaltes Bad Im Schlafzimmer lag sehr viel Schmutz unter den Betten. Die Nachbaren standen direkt vor dem SZ Fenster. Der Schrank war von Haus aus voller Betten usw. für unsere Wäsche war kaum Platz. Das Wohnzimmer hatte rotes, erotisches, dunkles, flackerndes, Licht als Grundbeleuchtung. Die 4 Eßstühle waren alle aus dem Leim, wackelten und mit Vorsicht zu benutzen. Die Farbe an den Wänden war im Sockelbereich Grau, der Sockel war lose. Wir wollten schöne Tage verbringen, wofür die Wohnung nicht geeignet war. Solche Wohnungen gehören meiner Meinung nach vom Markt.
