The lovingly furnished, thatched house Ostseetraum is idyllically located, directly at the backwaters, opposite the newly created large marina. This beautiful holiday home offers about 115 square meters of living space for 7 people and a toddler comfortable vacation enjoyment in every season. On the ground floor is the living-dining area with underfloor heating, with 2 leather sofas, fireplace, 42 'TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and all imaginable accessories. The bedroom with double bed and television has a direct exit to the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large shower and a sauna. On the upper floor is another large bedroom with a double bed, television, comfortable seating area and a balcony. The children's room has single beds and also a TV. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with a shower.
The garden is 600 square meters and has a beach chair. All windows in the house have mosquito screens. The garden shed offers you the opportunity to store bicycles that you can rent from us.

Schönes sauberes Haus

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, alles da, was man benötigt, sogar Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, leider kein Wäscheständer vorhanden (für die nassen Badetücher nach dem Strandbesuch), ist aber verschmerzbar. Haus war sehr ordentlich gereinigt, Betten waren bezogen. Angenehmer Bezug per Schlüsseltresor, was uns sehr recht war, erspart viel Zeit. Zum Sandstrand sind es ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Min mit PKW, wir sind immer nach Zempin gefahren (8 Min) dort ist es nicht so überlaufen. Achterwasser in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Garten ausreichend groß, leider nicht umzäunt (für Hund), dies war uns allerdings vorher bewusst. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes und gepflegtes Haus, welches bedingungslos weiterempfohlen werden kann. Wir danken der Familie Münch für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Usedom ist die schönste Ostseeinsel

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es ist umgeben von mehreren Ferienhäuser in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend .Man kann von dort mit den Fahrrad die Insel erkunden und auch mit den Hund einen Spaziergang genießen.das jährliche Sommerfest in Zinnowitz hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Hübsches Haus.Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber. Auf dem Esstisch befanden sich Krümel, Wollmäuse trieben ihr Unwesen.Ameisenbefall im Erdgeschoss.Pflegezustand etwas lieblos:In jedem Raum befinden sich Wecker/Uhren, die teils gravierend falsch gingen, die Batterien leer waren, …Geschirr in Teilen nur für 3 Person vorhanden.Küchenzubehör teilweise defekt. Elektrogrill war nicht vorhanden, wurde 2 Tage nach Reklamation bereitgestellt.Sitz- und Liegepolster für außen nicht ausreichend und teils mit Tierhaaren überzogen.

Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es liegt ruhig in der Nähe zum Bodden. Der Weg bis zur Ostsee sind 2,5 km. Ein paar kleine Mängel im Haus sind vorhanden, z. B benötigt die Spülung im unteren Bad sehr lange um nachzulaufen. Leider konnte man dem Inserat nicht entnehmen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher extrs zu zahlen sind. lange

Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen! Wir hatten auch noch 2 ganze Wochen herrliches Wetter und konnten die Terrasse genießen. Es ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub !

Es hätte ein sehr schöner Urlaub werden können, wenn nicht gerade ein neues Haus (Entfernung ca 10m) von unseren Objekt gebaut wurde. Also, ab 7:30 war die Nacht rum. Zum Glück hatten wir sehr schönes Wetter und konnten sofort nach dem Frühstück (das wir im Haus einnehmen mussten) das Objekt verlassen.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde und haben dort einen tollen Kurzurlaub verlebt.

Wunderschönes Haus unter Reet in ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings einige Mängel. Ein Staubsauger der nicht richtig saugt (voller Hundehaare). Der Wasserzulauf am unteren WC dauert ewig. Es ist ein leichtes Zischen zu hören. Die Fernbedienungen sollten mal geprüft werden. Die Küche war völlig durcheinander, anfangs waren wir sehr am suchen, wo was ist. Die Bratpfannen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Lattenrost im oberen kleinen Zimmer ist morgens um 7 Uhr durchgesackt - alle,waren wach. Wir haben es notdürftig repariert. Als wir abends grillen wollten und alles vorbereitet war, funktionierte der Grill nicht. Am nächsten Tag wurde Ersatz gestellt. In einigen Ecken waren Spinnweben und Weberknechte. Vielleicht waren wir die ersten Bewohner nach längerer Zeit? Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Einrichtung besser in Schuss gehalten wird, da es sich wie schon gesagt, um ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil handelt. Eine persönliche Übergabe wäre mir lieber gewesen.

Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig. Sehr gut ist die Sauna angekommen. Insbesondere wegen des kühlen und stürmischen Herbstwetters. Auch den Kaminofen haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Haus und Umfeld

Das Haus hat un sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr gut durchdacht und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zugang zum Achterwasser ist nicht direkt über die Anlage möglich. Auch der Weg an den Strand von Zinnowitz mit dem Fahrrad ist nicht durchgängig über einen Fahrradweg möglich. Hier ist es sehr voll, weshalb wir öfter mit dem Auto nach Zempin gefahren sind (hier wurde gerade an einer Erweiterung des Fahrradweges gebaut.)

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus mit einer schönen Einrichtung und Markeneinbaugeräten. Es war sehr sauber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Geschirrspüler kaputt sei ...an einem Sonntag. Direkt am darauffolgenden Tag wurde uns vom Eigentümer persönlich ein neuer Geschirrspüler eingebaut. Das nenne ich Service! Toll!! Allerdings könnte die Gartenanlage etwas gepflegter sein und die Weingläser sollten aufgestockt werden. Das Schlafzimmer in der unteren Etage hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und könnte ausgetauscht werden. Die Bratpfannen müssen dringend mal kontrolliert werden ... sie gehören eigentlich in den Müll. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Preis und Leistung passt nicht…

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig (wenn man von den zwei Baustellen hinter dem Haus absieht) und ist nah am Achterwasser. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön. Zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfiehlt sich ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber es gehört einiges ausgetauscht. Das Wäschepaket bestand aus bunt zusammen gewürfelten und zum Teil alten Handtüchern/Bettwäsche. Die Grundausstattung (Seife, Spüli, Toi-Papier…) war sehr spartanisch bzw. nicht vorhanden - für Familien die wie wir aus dem Ausland eingeflogen kommen ist das extrem unpraktisch. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief gut, aber sowohl bei Anreise und Aufenthalt war die Verwaltung des Hauses kaum zu erreichen. Z.T. wurde auf Anfragen nicht oder erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen reagiert. Es gab keine Einweisung und auf die Meldung, dass der Geschirrspüler defekt ist kam keine Reaktion. Sehr schade, denn die Siedlung und das Haus an sich haben Potenzial. Wir würden das Haus für diesen Preis nicht noch einmal buchen.
