  • The light-flooded apartment "Klarenbach" is located in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the charming beach promenade and the lively town center.

    On a size of 51 square meters you can expect a tastefully furnished living room, which is equipped with technical devices that meet the modern standard. The built-in kitchen has the most common household appliances.

    The spacious balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, and the south-east orientation invites you to a sunny breakfast.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts! Das einzige was nicht so schön war, die versprochenen gratis-Getränke könnten wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen, da wir für eine Tischreservierung zu spontan waren. Auch ging aus der Wohnungsbeschreibzng garnicht so eindeutig hervor, das sich die Wohnung im 2. OG befindet und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Auch der Weg von der Tiefgarage nach oben ist mit Gepäck nur suboptimal erreichbar. Der Weg zum Ortsmittelpunkt war wirklich in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem war es ruhig gelegen. Auch hatten wir das Gefühl durch den Hausmeister gut betreut zu sein!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Zuerst waren wir etwas skeptisch, weil die Unterkunft sich direkt über einer Gaststätte befindet. Aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Urlaub mit dem Fahrrad

Gut beschilderte Radwege. Vielseitige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wer möchte, vieles mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Empfehlungswert ist die Radreise nach Polen und nach Heringsdorf zum Baumwipfelpfad über den Küstenradweg. Unsere Attraktion war die Ruderbootfähre von Westklüne nach Ostklüne 😄. Alles in allem super

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super gelegen, aber .....

Es ist eine sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung, welche sich in bester Lage befindet. Dazu gehört auch sehr praktisch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Leider ist der Check-in und -out Vorgang aus unserer Sicht eine Zumutung, da man erst mit dem Auto in den Nachbarort fahren muß, um den Schlüssel zu empfangen bzw. abzugeben. Das hätte man auch anders lösen können (z.B. in der "Kartoffelburg", welche sich im Haus befindet). Leider wird man darauf erst nach der Buchung hingewiesen, wer mit der Bahn anreist, hat somit schlechte Karten. Des weiteren wird in der Beschreibung ein Freigetränk in der "Kartoffelburg" angepriesen, leider weiß man anscheinend dort nichts davon, haben es dann aber trotzdem widerwillig erhalten. Die Unterkunft hat mit Sicherheit 5 Sterne verdient, der Schlüsselservice allerdings nicht. Wer aber damit leben kann, ist in der Wohnung bestens aufgehoben.

Prima Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal, sehr nah an der Seebrücke, aber doch ruhig gelegen. In der zweiten Reihe , mit etwas Blick auf die Ostsee. Zur Promenade nur 100 Meter entfernt. In der Nähe von vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,wie Bäcker, Gaststätten und Cafés, und doch ruhig. Prima Ausstattung. Gerne wieder einmal.

Die Wohnung ist schön und auch ausreichend eingerichtet, zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung super, da diese nur 1-2 Minuten entfernt vom Strand ist und auch sonst dicht dem Stadtzentrum gelegen ist. Die Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut geklappt und spontane Änderungen wurden auch schnellstmöglich berücksichtigt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder :)

Die FeWo war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. 3 Min zur Seebrücke und zu den Discountern braucht man auch nur 5-10min. Das im Haus liegenden Lokal ist sehr s hön und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Kleine Manko: Mein Partner und ich fanden das Bett bzw das Schlafsofa zu hart, da sind wir wohl von zu Hause was anderes gewöhnt. Aber da kann man locker drüber sehen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die kinder wollten direkt da bleiben.

Alles OK an der Wohnung außer das man die Vorhänge nicht richtig zuziehen könnte da 3Teile fehlten. Dadurch konnte man von Seiten von außen beobachtet werden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage (100 m zum Strand), auch sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Einziges Manko: direkt über einer Gasststätte, abends manchmal Essensgeruch und etwas laut, aber zu verschmerzen. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir durften leider nicht anreisen!

Wir kannten das Objekt bereits von einen Aufenthalt im vergangenen Jahr! Es ist Super! Wir haben diese mal auch sofort unser Geld zurück bekommen wegen der Vermutungssperre. Da für herzlichen Dank an die Vermieterin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder wenn es vodei ist mit dem Verbot der Vermietung und wir Urlaub machen können.
