Top central, quiet apartment with garden: only 280m to the beach + preferred location!

  • Enjoy your vacation right in the center of the village, but still very quiet on this large, somewhat backward meadow plot. The promenade "Strandstrasse" is on the doorstep, the 20km long beach is barely a 3-minute walk away, the harbor on the Bodden side is a 7-minute walk away.
    The apartment is bright, cozy, well maintained and offers a fully equipped kitchen incl. Oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, cot + changing mat, high chair, storage space for strollers, lockable bike shed, grill, garden chairs, stereo, parking directly at the house and a private children's playground in front of the house. You will feel very comfortable with us during your vacation!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, es fehlt praktisch an nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt, alle Vorab-Absprachen wurden eingehalten. Zu den Freizeitangeboten kann ich nichts sagen, da wir unser eigenes Programm geplant hatten. Alle wichtigen Läden, Restaurants, Strand fußläufig erreichbar.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Große Wohnung. Sehr sauber, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das störte nicht weiter. Betten sehr bequem. Lage zentral aber ruhig. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Wohnungen in ruhiger zentraler Lage

Der Kontakt war stets einwandfrei und nach Absprache konnten wir die Wohnung bei Anreise eher beziehen. Die Wohnung ist in einer top zentralen Lage und trotzdem ruhig. In 5 Minuten Gezeiten waren wir am Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung, schöne schlichte Einrichtung, gut gelegen und zu einem guten Preis. Einziges Manko ist der Esszimmertisch. Dieser sollte dringend ersetzt werden.

Zentrale ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Nur wenige Minuten zur Seebrücke. Leider ist die Einrichtung der Wohnung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Esstisch ist nicht sehr appetitlich, da sind schon sehr viele Flecken und Beschädigungen dran. Die Stühle am Tisch sind sehr unbequem, hier würden Sitzkissen schon etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Warmwasser ist auch nur begrenzt vorhanden gewesen. Für die Wanne hat es nur für ca. 15 cm gereicht, für das Duschen leider nur einmal. Dann müsste man wieder einige Zeit warten. Auch kam das Warmwasser erst, nachdem man 1 min. gewartet hat.

Schöne Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Tage in Zingst erlebt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Bäcker, Restaurants, Strand und Hafen. Sehr gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung. Alles ist vorhanden. Sehr ruhig ,obwohl die Hauptgeschäftsstraße nur Luftlinie 50 mtr. entfernt ist. Wer genau hinschaut, sieht hier und da normale Gebrauchsspuren, die aber in keiner Weise stören. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Gemütliche Fewo in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, die alles an Ausstattung hatte, was man braucht, sogar noch darüber hinaus. Toll war vor allem der eigene Garten mit überdachter Terrasse. Die Fewo liegt ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man Bäckerei, Eiscafes, Seebrücke, Strand & Co. in wenigen Gehminuten. Check in und out klappte problemlos mit dem Verwalter vor Ort. Pluspunkt war auf jeden Fall auch der eigene kostenfreie Parkplatz. Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns die Sauberkeit des Bads bei Ankunft (Schmutz, Flecken etc.)

Perfekt auch für eine kleine Familie

Die Wohnung ist freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit allen vorhandenen Küchengeräten lässt sich gut improvisieren. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist genug Platz für ein Reisebabybett. Zur Not ist auch das Elternbett groß genug, dass da auch die Kids passen:-). Der geräumige Flur bietet genug Platz für einen Kinderwagen, Roller, Rucksäcke und Jacken. Ältere Kinder schätzen sicherlich den ca. 50k Internetzugang:-P. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und doch ruhig mitten in Zingst.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
