Look forward to a bright, comfortably furnished 40 m² holiday apartment in the popular “Residenz am Strand”—just a few steps from the fine sandy beach, the pier, and Zingst’s lively shopping street. The complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike—ideal for a relaxing holiday between the sea and town centre.
This lovingly furnished studio apartment is perfect for couples or small families of up to 3 people. The sleeping area with a double bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. The sleeper sofa in the living area offers another comfortable sleeping option—ideal for children as well.
In the open living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and other amenities (no oven available). Free Wi-Fi and a TV with radio/CD player are, of course, included.
Bicycle storage is available in the underground garage, as is a free private parking space for your car.
Thanks to one of the last traditional local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available—perfect for leisurely breakfasts on the balcony.
For an additional fee, you can also use the complex’s wellness area, which features a sauna, spa pool, and a laundry room.

As the owners and landlords, we provide you with our holiday rental with great attention to detail. On-site support is provided by our reliable partner, PIK Zingst.
PIK Zingst is your point of contact for:
Key handover upon arrival and departure
Settlement of the visitor’s tax & issuance of visitor cards
Final cleaning & optional extras (e.g., linen package, high chair, cot, sauna/spa pool reservations)
Please note that all organisational matters are handled by PIK Zingst. We do not live on-site and are solely responsible for renting out and furnishing the apartment.
