A separate bathroom with a shower is also available.

The beautiful terrace with patio furniture is particularly noteworthy.

The apartment is free of steps and thresholds and is fully equipped with underfloor heating and electric roller shutters.

The apartment comes with its own parking space.
Bicycles can be stored in a storage room belonging to the apartment.
