  • A well-designed 3-room ground-floor holiday apartment with a garden of approximately 200 m².
    The sunny terrace is perfect for outdoor breakfasts. Fresh fish from the Baltic Sea is perfect for the charcoal grill, which is available for guests’ use.

    The high-quality amenities leave almost nothing to be desired. The apartment features underfloor heating and wood-look laminate flooring.

    A Bosch kitchen with a stove/oven and microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, along with a high dining table that seats up to 6 people.

    A cosy sofa in a comfortable TV nook with an electric fireplace. The TV setup was updated in 2023 and now includes a streaming-capable TV and a Teufel soundbar with Bluetooth.

    Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm and 140x200 cm), are available to accommodate up to four overnight guests.

    The bathroom features a corner bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling all-glass shower enclosure.

    Guests staying for an extended period will appreciate the washing machine provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.
    A parking space is available free of charge on the property. Additional vehicles can be parked on public streets if necessary.
