Our exclusive holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor beneath the cosy attic. The high ceiling gives the spacious 3-room apartment (for 2–4 people) a unique, airy atmosphere. The apartment offers two bedrooms with box spring beds and TV, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with smart TV, a bathroom with shower, and a guest WC.



Lovingly furnished in warm colours and equipped with high-quality comfort, you will find here a place to feel good. Enjoy the sunny south-west facing loggia and the in-house wellness area with three different saunas, a Kneipp pool, and a beautiful relaxation area. A true dream apartment – perfect for relaxing and enjoying!



After parking in the underground garage, your holiday can begin. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request. Smoking and holding events are not permitted. In the secured underground garage, there is a storage room for bicycles.



After booking, you will receive a contact form, which you are kindly asked to fill out completely, providing your address and the names of the other guests. This way, your stay can be prepared in the best possible way.
