Whether in summer on the terrace or in the garden overlooking the cultivated fields and the sea, or in winter with a book in front of the fireplace: the house offers a variety of options year-round for those seeking peace and relaxation, far from roads, traffic, and mass tourism, in a unique location on the edge of a residential area of thatched-roof houses.

The natural sandy beach is approximately 500 meters away and can be reached via a small country lane. A few meters further on is a well-maintained bathing beach (entrance fee required) with a large playground and beach volleyball court.
...``` The light-filled Haus Seeadler, spanning over 106 square meters, offers a spacious living and dining room on the ground floor, complete with a wood-burning stove and a reading nook. There is also a fully equipped, separate kitchen with high-quality appliances and an adjacent utility room with a washer and dryer. A guest WC with natural light is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the house features two large bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (a cot can be added to either bedroom), and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The house is designed according to the latest energy efficiency standards, and the underfloor heating throughout, along with the thatched roof, ensures a comfortable indoor climate.

On the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, you can relax in the sheltered beach chair and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature or the passing ships on the Baltic Sea. The large garden provides ample space for relaxation, play, or barbecues on the built-in grill.

The property includes a lockable garden shed and two parking spaces.
