The terrace had 5 cm of standing water due to a drainage issue and cans of cigarette butts and so was unusable. The overall cleanliness was not good when we arrived. We complained and they did send someone to make it a bit better thus three stars instead of two. We have stayed in several Dutch short term rentals and this one wasn’t up to the usual standard."

"The facility was unusual. It was a bit obscure to find as there were no large signs as we are used to here in the states so we almost missed it. I found it a bit unusual to have to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The check in area was small and pretty crowded when we got there. The staff was amazing. So friendly and smiling all the time. I can't say enough about how great they all were! The breakfast was great! Very crowded but that is a great thing to see the hotel was servicing so many people. One of my biggest surprises was how small and compact the room was. It was sufficient but was very very small. The bathroom was beautiful but being on the first floor the drain did not drain very quickly. Over all I would stay there again but I would be prepared for the small room and possible business at the counter. I would like to have been able to give it 4.5 stars!"
