A special mention to the lady managing the property — she is incredibly warm and welcoming, which adds a personal touch to the experience. "Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal."

"I used my credit card to pay at the hotel upon check in and 2days later a fraud transaction of an equivalent amount was made on my credit card under a different sterling property which means the number and pin of my credit card was copied at the time of swiping. Din’t expect such chains to be frauds."

The authenticity, simplicity, quality and serendipity of the hotel and its location overlooking the Ramgarh valley defines our stay for 3 nights here. We were taken special care by the staff and the breakfast deck amidst the light cold breeze and winter sun light was an awesome experience. Food was very homely and very tasty at the same time. "

"The property location was really good. It was really quiet and serene with a beautiful view of the Himalayas. The food options were limited though but there were restaurants and eateries nearby. The complimentary treks were quite good. We faced a misunderstanding while checking in, we were being asked for some extra charges. Other than that overall experience was nice."
