The home is conveniently located near Highway 50, making it easy to explore Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area. Please note that because of its proximity to the highway, some road noise may be noticeable, particularly at certain times of the day.

Outdoor Space & Beach Access
Enjoy the fenced backyard and outdoor furniture during the warmer months. Guests also have access to the private Skyland community beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Tahoe.

House Rules

✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Please park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings. Celebrations, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise during these hours.
✦ Responsible guest: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
