The holiday object is very quiet on a 2.000qm area. It is surrounded by pines, fruit trees and pastures. The location almost ideal for natural relaxation. Zempin lies at the narrowest point on the island of Usedom - so the Baltic Sea (800m) and the backwater (200m) can be easily reached on foot. Nevertheless, we recommend to bring a bike or rent, as the seaside resorts Zinnowitz and Koserow can be reached in a few minutes. A scenic pituresque cycle path stretches from Peenemünde to Svenemünde through the dunes with impressive views over the Baltic Sea. To the bath train and to the supermarket it is approx. 350 m.

The apartment has a living room (with TV, radio, comfortable seating), 2 bedrooms (once a double bed and in 2. Bedroom two single beds, which can be put apart). One bedroom is a passage d. H. You come from a bedroom in the second bedroom. We have a beautiful large conservatory that faces south. From the conservatory you have direct access to the beautiful garden, which is not visible from the outside and is only used by you. In the garden is a beach chair for extensive sunbathing available.
