The exclusive and lovingly furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in the second Floor on the southwest side of the building in apartment house 'South Wind' and is easily accessible by elevator. All rooms are tiled, heated floors and living rooms and bedrooms have direct access to the large balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, large wardrobe and TV. In the living area there is more sleeps on the comfortable sofa bed, and cable / TV, radio with CD. The kitchen is fully furnished guest and has a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom except toilet and shower and a bath. Extra Storage offers storage room for your valuables. The house has saunas, 1 swimming pool, a gym, 2 washers and 2 dryers - for general use - for a small fee. For residential complex includes a parking lot, 1 playground and covered bike racks.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben nix vermisst. Die ganze Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Highlight war das Schwimmbecken im Haus, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter eine schöne Abwechslung war.

Die Unterkunft ist top. Die Sauberkeit ist lobenswert! Schade nur, das der beheizte Pool defekt war. Die Heizung war die ganze Woche ausgefallen. Es wurde auch niemand der Gäste informiert. Wir selber haben nachgefragt und man hat uns nur mitgeteilt, dass die Heizung vom Pool kaputt ist. Wlan hat leider auch nicht funktioniert. Schade.

Kurzurlaub auf Usedom

Für einen Kurzurlaub zu dritt perfekt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt und es war auch alles tadellos sauber. Ein schöner großer Balkon, der im Frühling oder Sommer sicher gut genutzt wird. Der Pool im Keller war für uns zwar nicht ausschlaggebend für die Buchung, aber ein nettes Extra, das wir gern genutzt haben. Also alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Fußbodenheizung machte es im Herbst sehr gemütlich. Das Besondere war das Schwimmbecken und die Sauna im Haus, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Wenn, dann kommen wir wieder.

Badeurlaub im Herbst?

Das Quartier und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Auf die Möglichkeit im Haus schwimmen zu gehe haben wir uns besonders gefreut. Das war auch eines unserer Auswahlkriterien. Leider konnten wir es nicht so oft nutzen, denn das Wasser war mit 26 Grad unverhältnismäßig kalt, was wir schade fanden. (Als Saunatauchbecken sicher gut aber nicht als Bewegungsbecken.) Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder einmal in diesem Objekt Urlaub zu machen.
