"We were initially given a small room, which was noisy (being the lowest level, next to the tram), and no view. I asked if i were possible for the Expedia VIP upgrade, but were told the hotel has no arrangement with Expedia (so no cocktail either!) We did get changed to a better room, but had to wait for it to be cleaned etc and basically wasted the afternoon. Not really a pleasant or welcoming experience "
