"We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you. "The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. We arrived at the hotel pretty late, after a long day of traveling, I was in a pretty bad mood from a terrible flight and lack of sleep. But when we walked in door and Andrea greeted us with a warm smile, it felt like coming home, and instantly improved my mood. She did everything she could do ensure we were happy.
