Located on a quiet park right on the golf course, this property offers the perfect base for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a sunny day in the garden, on the terrace or on the water. The owner provides two canoes, so you can also explore the area from the water.

Spacious and Stylish Layout
The villa is tastefully decorated and offers a comfortable living space. The middle part of the house features a cozy sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace, a spacious dining table and a modern kitchen. For culinary enthusiasts, additional amenities include a grill, raclette machine and fondue set.

In both the right and left wings of the villa there are two double bedrooms. Between these bedrooms is a modern bathroom with a shower, double sink and toilet.

The villa features a beautiful garden with a large terrace and several seating areas. In addition, you have the luxury of a private jetty, ideal for those who like to go on the water. Children can have fun with the toys and board games provided.
