What an amazing experience! Boston checked us in for a 1-day trip to see Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. He upgraded our room, gave us complimentary snacks and water. It was a seamless experience and his customer service was over the top! The Venetian is and has been my favorite hotel in Vegas!

Evening desk staff was excellent! He graciously helped me with all my issues. Morning and night desk staff were also helpful.
Overall the two rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit expensive for me for a longer visit. Thanks!

It was a good hotel for the price and a short walk from the train station. We had to single beds and they were clean and comfortable. We tried to check in early and when they didn't have rooms clean yet, they were kind enough to store our suitcases so we could go explore. My only complaint was breakfast, ...
