Clean, comfortable, well stocked ~ great location! Would definitely rent again ~ definitely will share with others that are headed to Sam Rayburn! It was a great place to stay for a bass tournament!

Great place for anglers

Stayed 9 days to fish Rayburn. Neighborhood is secluded, quiet and very safe. House was spotless and well equipped. Was able to park boat under porch with bright LEDs to light everything up, keep dry and be able to rig tackle and watch tv on outdoor tv while getting tackle situated. Did not get to use ping pong table or play any of other games a they have available for guests but hope to next time. Nice boat ramp ramp less than a mile away. Host was excellent, proactive and responsive to all questions. Highly recommend.
