"The complex is worn down and outdated, the breakfast is terrible. At these high prices I expect more. The breakfast is at 10.30 non existent, and the staff just stands there looking, doing nothing. The hygiene is terrible, keeping things like cheese, yogurt, ham, juice etc in room temperature. Heard of food poisoning? The staff at reception is aware of all these problems but says it's a management problem. The wifi barely works. The reception staff really tries, but without tools to work with,...
