"This hotel is a must for anyone visiting SS, especially for first time visitors. Ideally situated within 5 mins walk of the main bus station. The bus direct from the airport takes 1hr 20 mins and runs hourly in winter. Make sure to book your bus home early as the 8am bus was full and a taxi cost 200 euros. Staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and stunning. Everything you need a more for a lovely break away. Thank you. "

"We stayed 11 nights in the family suite. The suite was well equipped, clean, well laid out and lots of natural lighting. Location, location, location. The 4 balconies afforded great city views and looking left, can see entrance to old town. It was especially convenient and fun to watch the February Carnival parades right below our balconies. All the staff from housekeeping to front desk were friendly and always ready to help. Two standouts whom we interacted with most made our stay more enjoyable and memorable was Maria and Oscar. Oscar was a gentleman who exuded quiet old world charm. He always listened attentively, and had wonderful suggestions for restaurants and pintxo bars. Maria is caring, always positive, and had a ready smile. Everyday she asked to make sure we are happy with everything. They are both very personable and we would talk daily about what we did , news around town, chatting like good neighbors. Great world class service. We would definitely come back to San Sebastián and definitely without hesitation stay again at Legazpi Doce rooms and suites. "
