The unit was perfect for us - exactly as pictured and described. Perfect location,Family friendly and clean. Having the music conservatory across the street was an added bonus.However, check in was a problem. The outside door didn't respond as directed. We were able to get in by buzzing unit 2. Buzzing our unit number only worked sporadically throughout our stay. We had to use cell phones to let someone in our unit know we were at the door. My husband ended up having to walk 10 minutes to a store to pick up a key. So, were were then limited by how many of us could go to different places because there was just one key. It was also very inconvenient to walk to return the key on our departure.Would return if we were guaranteed a better check in.

Zaragoza is a wonderful city. Location of our stay was perfect. The only issue we had was the check in/out process. The app used to open the door to the building was not working. We were unable to get in. Fortunately a tenant opened for us. Once in, only had one key for the duration of stay. Family had to plan around getting in to building every outing. Inconvenient. We stayed 5 days. No 2nd key delivered or fix for app. We left keys in apartment as we found them. I want to be clear about Santiago. Excellent communication throughout. Very quick responses, never felt abandoned.

Un espacio fabuloso en una localización perfecta, a unos pocos pasado de la Basílica del Pilar, del Paseo Independencia y el Coso. La distribución y tamaño de los espacios, con 4 dormitorios, la limpieza y maravillosa luz como protagonista lo hacen único en la zona. El enorme patio interior, para quienes vamos con niños, lo convierte en una elección maestra para familias. La gestión de llegada y salida y la atención permanente de 10¡ Volveremos.
