We have stayed a couple of times. Amazing location on a side street off the Main Street. The rooftop gym is pretty good and has great views of the city. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit basic and slighty awkward in layout though. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar as there are such a lot of good places to choose around the hotel.

Zaragoza Explore

We booked an upgraded room so our room size was good. The standard room looks small. Nice clean quiet room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that there is no kettle or coffee making facilities. Hotel is 15 mins walk to the main attractions. For food, go to El Toro Tapas Alleyway 10 mins walk. The Renfe train station is 45 mins walk so best to take taxi or use the local bus.

I had booked a "triple room" with two separate rooms, one with a king bed and one room wirh a couch/ full bed and a balcony, which when booked was higher in price than their standard room. When I got to the hotel I was given a very small, dated room with two beds in the same room and no balcony but a window looking into the back of another building. I made an inquiry as to why i didnt get what I booked and was told thats all there is and its the same price as its a standard. When I explained about the other room and bed I was told that the policy is either or and II explained it says one king bed "and" another bed not or. I was then told all the rooms are the same as I got. Upon checking out, the room next door was getting cleaned with the door wide open and behold ! Two rooms, one with a king bed and one room with a couch/second bed and a balcony. Amazing ! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and tell them exactly what what happened wirh the convenient switch and lie.

Great hotel in the middle of everything 10 minute walk to the catedral del Pilar and El Tubo. Very friendly staff and great fresh breakfast. Will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Zaragoza

El Hotel es limpio y el personal es excepcional. Para mi criterio, la habitación para una pareja es pequeña y el desayuno muy completo aunque le faltaba el zumo de naranjas natural que yo creo que siendo cuatro estrellas, no debería haber faltado

Comentaros que bajo mi criterio, un Hotel de cuatro estrellas, no puede dar una pareja, una habitación tan pequeña. El personal es Top, amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar a lo que le consultes. El desayuno muy completo, pero no entiendo que un Hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga zumo de naranja natural y que sean todos los que hay de tetrabrik. Resumiendo por el personal es 5 estrellas, por estado de las habitaciones, es 3 estrellas y por el desayuno es 3 estrellas

Muy caro para el estado general del hotel. Necesita un buen lavado de cara. No se puede pedir el precio que te cobran para el estado en el que está el hotel. El recepcionista, digámoslo así…poco amable y poco colaborador a un par de preguntas sobre la zona y el aparcamiento.

A la llegada la recepción fue de lo más seca. Me dieron un plano para llegar al parking y era un lío porque la dirección no se correspondía con el nombre en el plano. Finalmente mejor porque fue mucho más barato. Pedimos cuna y estaba rota, el colchón fino y muy gastado. La cama incómoda, muy blanda. Lo mejor las camareras en el desayuno. Profesionales, amables, un diez!
