The room was clean and large for the price, spacious bathroom too, which is rare in Japan. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful when I admitted that I accidentally booked a double bed instead of two singles. They immediately transferred my friend and I to a new room with no fuss. I stayed at a few hotels and houses in japan and this one was by far my favourite. Beautiful stream outside surrounded by trees, making it very relaxing.
