Tried to charge $10 for unsecured self parking. Said they couldn’t do anything about it, was the owners decision and only the owner could speak to the parking fee. If they want to charge for parking it should be included in rate. Listing said free self parking but really only if you park in the street ...

Spacious and luxurious single house in a upscale community 10mins to UC Davis
Spacious home with plenty of beds. Super clean. Had all the amenities we could ask for. The host was very prompt, helpful and respectful. He even found an item we had left, and mailed it to us at his expense. Easy check in and check out. We recommend highly!

The Salma Plan: 4BR, 3.5BA, 2600 Sq Ft, Near Campus
This was a large and beautiful property in easy walking distance of downtown Davis and the farmers market. Perfect for two families with kids. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Our host Darish was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
