Calidad Precio insuperable.

Está cerca del centro, se puede aparcar bien en la calle, esta todo limpito, tiene aire acondicionado, bar, tele, wifi, y son muy amables. ¿que más puedes pedir?. Por calidad precio no encontrarás nada mejor. Saludos

Al llegar me dicen que no aparece mi reserva y me tuvieron que ubicar en otro hotel, el hotel Doca Urraca, muy cerca de éste. El Hotel Doña Urraca muy bien y muy contenta con el servicio y agradecida por darme una solución.

Sin lujos pero muy correcto

Hotel sencillo y ajustado de precio, con limpieza correcta y parking gratuito. Cama cómoda y baño amplio, como única pega la insonorización, que podría ser mejor. Recepcionista encantador y amabilísimo!

Atención muy deficiente en la recepción. La tarjeta de apertura de puerta de la habitación se desconfiguraba constantemente, lo que obligaba a bajar a recepción por segunda vez para volver a subir por las escaleras, ya que el edifico carece de ascensor. El problema es que en recepción nunca había nadie, pero sí que había un pequeño papel pegado a la pared donde se leía que en el bar de la esquina atendian. Así que había que salir a la calle, doblar la esquina, y en el bar entregabamos la tarjeta para que la volvieran a configurar. En ningún momento tuvieron la atención de disculparse por las molestias que nos ocasionaron sus problemas informáticos con la tarjeta de apertura. Una atención cordial al publico en un hotel no tiene nada que ver con categorias de estrellas, tiene que ver con empatía y educación. No recomendaría ese hotel bajo ningún concepto.

Negativa del hotel Jarama en Zamora

Estoy disgustada conel hotel Jarama(Zamora). Hice la reserva el 18 de julia por internet. Cuando llegamos al hotel,no teníamos la habitación que había reservado,(yo tenía la reserva corfirmada),ya que el recepcionista no había leido el correo de la reserva y no me reservó ninguna habitación. Tampoco tenía otras habitaciones disponibles para nosotros. Al final tuvo que llamar a otro hotel y preguntar si tenían alguna habitación disponible para matrimonio,y cuando le han dicho que si,nos mando al hotel Doña Urraca. No heramos los únicos, había tres parejas mas que les había mandado también al mismo hotel que a nosotros. No lo recomendaría a nadie, para no tener problemas así. En cambio el hotel Doña Urraca esta bastante bien.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Hubo un problema con la reserva. Nos llevaron a otro hotel, cercano, del mismo grupo. Muy buen trato, quizás demasiado “sobrio”, pero con ganas de agradar y cumplir. Hotel Urraca fue el sustituto. Ambos bien situados y de fácil acceso.

Not too far of a walk to all the attractions, about 10 mins. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, then this hotel is suitable. Quite clean with all the standard amenities.
